We're seeking an experienced and passionate Transportation Safety & Training Manager to lead one of the most critical aspects of our organization: ensuring the safety, development, and success of our transportation workforce while advancing a culture of continuous improvement across Vivalon.
This is more than a compliance role. It's an opportunity to shape organizational safety strategy, mentor transportation professionals, elevate training programs, and influence the quality of services that thousands of community members rely on each year.
As the Transportation Safety & Training Manager , you will serve as Vivalon's primary leader for safety, training, compliance, and quality assurance initiatives. You will oversee programs that ensure employees operate safely, professionally, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements while helping drive operational excellence throughout the organization.
This highly visible leadership position partners with Transportation Operations, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to strengthen safety performance, employee development, risk management, and continuous improvement.
