This is our first dedicated finance hire. You'll own strategic finance end to end: the operating model, monthly metrics reporting, capacity planning, pricing and unit economics, and accounting & tax close.
What you'll do - Own the operating model
- Run monthly metrics reporting
- Build and maintain live dashboards for ARR, pipeline, burn, and sales productivity
- Own the finance tech stack: QuickBooks, Ramp, banking partners, billing system, including the integrations between them
- Manage tax, revenue recognition, reporting requirements, & financial compliance
- Manage the monthly accounting close with our accounting team
- Partner with sales leadership on comp plans, quota design, capacity models
- Prep board materials and support fundraising diligence
What we're looking for - 2+ years in investment banking or private equity, followed by 3+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth startup
- AI-native. You should already be using AI heavily in your own work
- Experience at an enterprise sales company, ideally with infrastructure or usage-based focus
- Strong modeling skills. Driver-based, easy to audit, built for other people to use
- You've managed accounting closes
- Comfortable building and owning the entire finance function
