Position Fulltime Loss Prevention Officer – Immediate Opening Location Jefferson City, MO. Job Description Identify shoplifters through floor patrol and Closed Circuit TV. Report writing. Interact with local law enforcement agencies as needed. Provide courtroom testimony as required. Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Job Requirements Pre-employment criminal background and drug screen. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 3–4 hours at a time. Reliable transportation. Clear and accurate verbal and written communication. Write legible, accurate, and easily understood reports. Assertive yet controlled in dealing with confrontation. Trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision. Attendance for scheduled shifts; tardiness and absenteeism are not tolerated. Previous loss prevention experience a plus. High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). Criminal Justice or related studies a plus. Benefits Paid training provided. Pay: $19.00 per hour. 401(k). PTO – Paid Time Off. Health Insurance.
