Working alongside experienced real estate professionals allows you to see how transactions develop from the first conversation through offers, negotiations, contracts, and closing. You will receive guidance on organizing your database, managing potential clients, planning productive daily activities, and developing stronger communication and sales skills.

The focus is on helping you establish the right habits from the beginning. Through consistent activity and continued coaching, you can build confidence, develop lasting client relationships, generate referrals, and create a foundation for a long term real estate business.

• Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up to build lasting relationships.
• Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn the intricacies of real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Utilize market research to provide clients with informed advice on property values and trends.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and clients to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales and negotiation skills.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with real estate regulations.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse clients.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values is a plus.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology and real estate software to manage client information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and market conditions quickly.
