The Rutland practice uniquely provides the community with access to Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Care Management services for the whole family. Primary Care services include on-site Behavioral Health providers, Social Workers, and Care Management, along with preventive programs like diabetes management and education. Rutland Express Care, located within the same facility as Community Health Rutland, is open seven days a week for the treatment of minor illnesses and injuries for adults and children. POSITION SUMMARY:The Associate Medical Director (AMD) serves as a key medical leader at Community Health Rutland, driving clinical excellence, mentoring colleagues, and fostering a culture of collaboration. This position not only oversees clinical providers but also plays a strategic role in shaping organizational and community health initiatives.
